| On Saturday, June 28, 2008, the cerebratory Banquet was held by Kanagawa
Council at Hotel Cosmo Yokohama, with presence of Mr. Matsuzawa, Governor
of Kanagawa Prefecture and President kanagawa Scout Council. Over one hundred
participants congratulate recipients of awards in Kanagawa Council in 2008.
