| World Scout Committee conferred the world highest scouting award “Bronze
Wolf” upon Mr. Toby Suzuki during the Asia Pacific Scout Conference held
in October 2007 at Tokyo. |

| World Scout Committee of WOSM is honored toward Mr. Toby Suzuki, former member of World Scout Committee (1999-2005) with the highest award in World Scouting. On October, 2007, the commencement ceremony of the presentation of the Bronze Wolf Award was held at the Yoyogi Olympic Youth Center, Tokyo. |

| This conferral of the Bronze Wolf Award is to recognize Mr. Toby Suzuki’s outstanding contributions to the World Scouting. Mr. Jorgen Rasmussen, who is the President of Honor Committee, World Organization of Scout Movement had announced the citation for the award of the Bronze Wolf to Mr. Toby Suzuki. |

After many years involvement in Scouting as a youth member and in various
leadership capacities within his National Scout Organization and the Asia
Pacific Region, Toby Suzuki was elected to the World Scout Committee in
1999.
Among his contributions to the work of the World Committee, special mention
is made of his contribution as sponsor of the Communications work streem
of the McKinsey study and report. The recommendations arising from this
work formed the basia for a report on Image and Communication to the 2005
World Scout Conference.

| By services to WOSM World Events by using his professional management skill
as IBM Managing Director of Olympic projects at Nagano and Sydney, were
also of great benefit to Scouting. As World Scout Committee, liaison person
to major world events, he helped solve a number of complicated issues concerning
the 20th World Scout Jamboree in Thailand in 2003 and the 12th World Scout
Moot in Republic of China in 2004. |

the Bronze Wolf Award on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at London, UK during
the World Scout Jamboree, on the cerebration day of 100 years of Scouting.
